1:1 Coaching
Best for: Runners who want ongoing support, accountability, and a plan that adjusts with their life.
This is the most personal option. You get fully customized training, regular check-ins, and a coach who pays attention to what’s happening in your life; not just your workouts. It’s built around the real you, not an ideal version of you.

Strategy Call
Best for: Runners who feel stuck, inconsistent, or don’t know where to begin.
One session. 60 minutes. We’ll look at where you are, where you want to go, and what’s actually getting in the way. You’ll leave with a simple, honest plan you can put to work right away. No ongoing commitment required.

Custom Training Plans
Best for: Runners who work well independently but want a plan built specifically for them.
You don’t need someone checking in every week. You just need a roadmap that actually fits your schedule, your goals, and where you’re starting from. That’s what this is. One plan, built once, designed to move you forward.

Group Runs & Events
Best for: Local runners in the Dayton and Cincinnati, OH area.
There’s something that happens when you run with people who get it. The group runs are open, low-pressure, and built around community first. You’ll get guidance, but mostly you’ll get people. That matters more than most people expect.
