Last updated: 10/27/2026

This Privacy Policy explains how RunRev Coaching LLC (“RunRev Coaching,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use https://runrevcoaching.com and any subdomains (the “Website”), and when you work with us as a client.

Personal information we collect

When you visit the Website, we automatically collect information about your device, including your browser, IP address, time zone, and some cookies on your device. As you browse, we also collect the pages you view, the sites or search terms that referred you, and how you interact with the Website. We call this “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information with these technologies:

  • Cookies, which are small data files that often include an anonymous identifier. For details on how we use them, see our Cookie Policy. To learn how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
  • Log files, which record actions on the Website, including your IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring and exit pages, and date and time stamps.
  • Web beacons, tags, and pixels, which record how you move through the Website.

We use Device Information for:

  • Functionality, to remember your preferences such as language and location.
  • Advertising, to measure visits and content viewed. We sometimes share limited data with third parties for advertising.
  • Affiliate marketing, to track which affiliate referred you so commissions can be paid.

You can refuse cookies in your browser, but some Website features may stop working. We do not change our data practices when a browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

We also collect information you give us directly, which we call “Provided Information.” We collect it when you:

  • Register or buy a product or service
  • Complete a survey or send feedback through our contact form or email
  • Give your email address to access a free resource
  • Sign up for our newsletter or other regular content
  • Submit an intake form, application, or coaching agreement
  • Text us or opt in to text messages
  • Attend a coaching call, webinar, or community event

Provided Information may include:

  • Identifying information, such as your name, email address, and phone number
  • Billing information, such as your billing address and payment details. Card details are processed by Stripe, and we do not store full card numbers.
  • Health information, such as medical conditions, injuries, or mental health history, when you share it on forms or during coaching. See “Health information” below.
  • Training information, such as workouts, comments, and race results
  • Recordings of private coaching calls and group sessions in which you take part, as described in “Recordings” below
  • Photos and video, if you sign our photo and media release

“Personal Information” in this policy means both Device Information and Provided Information.

Health information

Some information you give us, such as intake forms, training details, and physician letters, may include health information. We use it only to coach you safely and to adjust your training. We do not sell it or use it for marketing. We share it only with the service providers listed below that help us deliver coaching.

Training device and platform data

If you connect a fitness device, app, or training platform to our coaching, such as a GPS watch, power meter, heart rate monitor, or TrainingTilt, we receive the activity and performance data you authorize. This may include pace, distance, heart rate, power, location, and sleep or recovery data, depending on what the connected service provides. We use this data to plan and review your training.

Recordings

We record some private one-on-one coaching calls on Zoom. Those recordings are never shared beyond you and RunRev Coaching. We keep them for 3 years after your last session, then delete or anonymize them.

We record Athlete Calls and webinars, which are group sessions, on Zoom and keep them indefinitely. Recordings of group sessions may be shared with current and future clients as training videos for educational purposes. We tell participants at the start of each session when it is being recorded. You may ask us to remove you from a group session recording before it is shared with new clients, as described in our Terms and Conditions.

Calls may be transcribed through Granola.

How we use your Personal Information

  • Communicate with you
  • Screen orders for risk or fraud

We use Device Information to screen for risk and fraud, especially IP addresses, and to improve the Website. For example, we generate analytics on how visitors use the Website and measure how our marketing performs. We also use it to track affiliate referrals for commissions.
