Personalized 1:1 Run Coaching for Mental Health, Faith, and Real Life

Wooden blocks spelling "ONE" symbolizing unity and faith in mental health coaching.

You donโ€™t need a perfect plan. You need support that actually fits your life. This is coaching built around you, your schedule, and the season youโ€™re in.

Youโ€™re not just trying to run more. No, youโ€™re trying to feel better.

Maybe youโ€™ve started and stopped more times than you can count.
Maybe your mental health makes consistency feel impossible.
Maybe youโ€™ve followed plans before, but they didnโ€™t account for real life.

Youโ€™re not broken.
Youโ€™re not lazy.

You just need a different kind of support.

This is for you ifโ€ฆ

  • You want to run, but consistency has been hard to maintain
  • Your mental health impacts your motivation, energy, or follow-through
  • Youโ€™re navigating grief, stress, burnout, or a major life transition
  • Youโ€™ve tried doing it on your own and youโ€™re tired of guessing
  • You want accountability that encourages you, not shames you
  • Youโ€™re ready to be supported as a whole person; not just a runner

What 1:1 Coaching Looks Like

This isnโ€™t a static plan you download and hope for the best.

This is an ongoing coaching relationship built around your life.

With 1:1 coaching, you get:

  • A fully personalized training plan (updated as you go)
  • Ongoing communication and check-ins
  • Adjustments based on your schedule, energy, and life circumstances
  • Guidance through setbacks not just progress
  • Support with mindset, consistency, and mental health
  • Faith-integrated coaching (when and how you want it)
  • Race preparation and real-life readiness

Youโ€™re not expected to fit into a system.
The coaching is built around you.

How It Works

1. Start with a discovery call
Weโ€™ll talk through your goals, your current reality, and whatโ€™s been getting in the way.

2. Build your plan
If itโ€™s a good fit, Iโ€™ll create a personalized training approach designed specifically for you.

3. Ongoing coaching & support
Youโ€™ll have structure, guidance, and accountability without the pressure to be perfect.

4. Adjust as life happens
Because it will. And when it does, we adapt instead of starting over

A Different Approach to Coaching

Most training plans are built for ideal conditions.

This isnโ€™t that.

At RunRev Coaching, we take a whole-athlete approach because your life doesnโ€™t exist in a vacuum.

Your coaching is grounded in:

  • Faith โ€“ When you want it, your training can reflect what matters most to you
  • Mental Health โ€“ We donโ€™t ignore it. We build around it
  • Community โ€“ Youโ€™re not doing this alone
  • Mindset โ€“ Consistency starts in how you think, not just what you do
  • Race Readiness โ€“ Yes, weโ€™ll prepare you but not at the expense of everything else

This is about building something sustainable; not just finishing a race.

What Makes This Work

This works because itโ€™s not just about miles.

Itโ€™s about:

  • Having someone in your corner
  • Learning how to adjust instead of quit
  • Building consistency in real life; not perfect conditions
  • Creating a rhythm that actually lasts

1:1 coaching is a monthly investment. We talk through pricing on the discovery call, after we’ve figured out together whether this is the right fit for where you are right now.

F.A.Q.

Do I need to be an experienced runner?

Not at all. Many of the athletes I work with are rebuilding consistency or starting fresh.

What if Iโ€™ve been really inconsistent?

Thatโ€™s exactly who this is for. We build from where you are; not where you think you โ€œshouldโ€ be.

Is this only for people who are strong in their faith?

No. Faith is part of my coaching approach, but how itโ€™s integrated is always up to you.

How often do we communicate?

Youโ€™ll have regular check-ins and ongoing access for support, adjustments, and questions. I review TrainingPeaks almost daily.

Working with Gerald really met my expectations of resetting how I approach running.””The workouts were tailored to both push me and work within my schedule and realistic availability.
